A fitness coach, personal trainer, and mom of two daughters. After moving from my small hometown to a big city as a single mom, and working two jobs, I turned to fitness as a way to rebuild my confidence, regain control of my life and find a community of likeminded individuals. In 2014, I competed in and won first place in the Bikini Novice Division at the INBA Bodybuilding, but after the competition, I struggled with binge eating, body dysmorphia, and over-exercising. Post competition these challenges fueled my passion to educate myself in order to help other women achieve their fitness goals without extreme restrictions. In Jan 2024, I decided to bring my love for dance and Latin culture into the fitness world and what a better way than become a licensed Zumba instructor. Iβm here to show you that you can achieve the body and healthy lifestyle you want all while having fun, balancing motherhood and pursuing personal goals.
