What fitness level do I need to start?
This program is designed for beginner to intermediate levels. All workouts include guidance so you can go at your own pace, whether you’re just starting or getting back into a routine.
How much time do I need each day?
Most workouts are 30-40 minutes, designed to fit into a busy schedule. You can work out at any time that suits you, morning, lunch break, or evening. The app makes it easy to fit fitness into your life wether in a gym or your home.
Do I need special equipment?
Nope 🙌, You can do this challenge:
• At the gym
OR
• At home with dumbbells + a resistance band
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. The program is flexible, if you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. The community and your coach are there to support you, not judge you. Progress over perfection.
Is there a meal plan included?
Yes, but in a flexible and realistic way.
You’ll get:

This is not a one-size-fits-all personalized meal plan. Instead, you’ll learn how to structure your meals in a

The challenge is 30 days and it officially begins on April 30th with a live welcome call 🎉.
What's the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard includes all the core program elements: workouts, nutrition guidance, app access, and community support. VIP adds personalized coaching with 1-on-1 calls with Karen, custom meal plans, priority support, and an exclusive VIP community.
Is there a refund policy?
