Personalized Training

Every session is designed around your fitness level, goals, and any limitations you may have. I’ll create a workout plan specifically for YOU—whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, or increase overall strength and endurance.

Form Correction

In-person training ensures that your form is perfect, keeping you safe from injury and helping you get the most out of every movement. You’ll learn proper techniques that improve your results and build your confidence in the gym.

Accountability

With personalized, one-on-one support, you’ll stay on track with your goals. I’ll push you when you need it and provide the encouragement to keep going, even on tough days.

Hola hola, I’m Karen Martinez!

A fitness coach, personal trainer, and mom of two daughters. After moving from my small hometown to a big city as a single mom, and working two jobs, I turned to fitness as a way to rebuild my confidence, regain control of my life and find a community of likeminded individuals. In 2014, I competed in and won first place in the Bikini Novice Division at the INBA Bodybuilding, but after the competition, I struggled with binge eating, body dysmorphia, and over-exercising. Post competition these challenges fueled my passion to educate myself in order to help other women achieve their fitness goals without extreme restrictions. In Jan 2024, I decided to bring my love for dance and Latin culture into the fitness world and what a better way than become a licensed Zumba instructor. I’m here to show you that you can achieve the body and healthy lifestyle you want all while having fun, balancing motherhood and pursuing personal goals.
